Art Impressions Operation Write Home Bloghop!

Today we have another wonderful bloghop for you! We're working with Operation Write Home  again and now Ai is offering two new sets with a portion of the proceeds going towards OWH!
I've used one of the new sets today called OWH Sending Love set and you can pop by tomorrow to see the other new set.

Keep in mind there are STRICT guidelines for OWH cards to be accepted.  You can view them HERE.  You don't want to do all that work and have your card be rejected.

Here is the blog hop order...

OWH is important to me because I have a nephew in the military.  He left home for eight months when his new baby girl was just 3 months old.  He's lucky to live in the age we do.  At least he can Skype and keep his voice and face fresh in Lilly's mind.  Service people years ago didn't have that option!
This one's for Dan, Brittany, and Lilly!

 Saying goodbye...

  1. Super cute cards, and a HUGE thank you to your nephew... (sweet photos too...) I have three out of four sons serving, and come from an AF family myself... so I remember the "Old" days when you had to wait for snail mail, or those few and far in between calls from a loved one.

    Thanks for sharing :)

  15. Oh my gosh! Seeing the pictures of your nephew and his family made me tear up. So hard to think of them being apart with him serving all of us while his little girl grows. Hoping he returns safely and soon to see this precious little child. Thank you for sharing! And you are right about at least they have skype now. My husband's father would be gone long periods of time in the Navy with only letters to keep the contact. Wishing you well!
