Women are not supposed to make the coffee...

This is such a cute set from Sugar Creek Hollow!! The set is called Vintage Coffee Lady. It couldn't be more perfect for the occasion that I'm using it for. We were recently invited to brunch at a friend's house and the wife was telling me how the wife of another friend of theirs called her ignorant for believing in God. She stated that she had a PHD (in who knows what) and that she's above that sort of thing. Yes, pretty much in those words. She rose above the other woman and said "I can't prove he does exist and you can't prove he doesn't so let's leave it at that". Needless to say they haven't seen those people since then. While we were eating there was something a bit humorous going on as well. The coffee took center stage because though their coffee pot would brew the coffee, the warmer was not working. So, long story short they had to brew the coffee and then quick transfer it into an old insulated coffee pot. This card was made as a thank you that I will be sending to them. I think they'll get a kick out of it!

What a great card. Very funny, I am sure they will love it. Plus, I think every time you look at a newborn babe, you have just proved that God does exist!!

Love this Renee! Especially how you used the Nestie die to cut out the card and the gold pen accent along the edges of the card and front panel. Great coloring too!
