Pretty in Pink Birthday

I was in the mood to do something a little shabby-chic-esque.I don't really know what qualifies as shabby chic but I think of pink, rose patterns, lace, peeling paint etc.  I used a Spellbinders flower die set to make the nesting flower.  I painted the chipboard frame with Tattered Rose Distress paint and then brushed Icicle Stickles over it.  The Happy Birthday phrase is a $1 clear set. The pretty button came in a large bag of vintage looking buttons I picked up at a craft store. The white paper is embossed with a Sizzix texture plate and then outlined with gold paint pen.
