Abigail is that's who! I made this for my daughter to give to her friend when she turned 10 yrs. old last week. The owl, hat, balloon and phrase are clear stamps and the package is long gone so I'm going to guess they are either Inkadinkado or Hampton Arts. The DP is from DCWV Sweet stack. I embossed the numbers strip with a Cuttlebug embossing strip folder and made the bottom border with a Martha Stewart punch. The flourish is done with a Sizzix red die. Mr. Owl is colored with Copic markers and his belly was & the balloon were stamp on scrap pieces of paper and pieced on. His eyes are very cute but I thought adding the googly eyes really brought him to life.
