Sugar Creek Hollow Handmade flower challenge Easter card

Hello everyone!  Welcome to another sensational Saturday with Sugar Creek Hollow. Don't forget that we're having a month long celebration in honor of our first birthday! We have blog candy for you to win (the draw will be held March 31st) and next week we have a blog hop with prizes to win at each stop on the way, followed by an image naming contest. My blog candy is on my sidebar.  The information on how to win it will be in next weeks post.  Check out the SCH blog  for more details.  Today at Sugar Creek Hollow they have a wonderful challenge beginning!  The challenge is to use a handmade flower on your card.

For my images I've used the Dogwood Branch and the Legend of the Dogwood poem.  Please keep in mind that our website is under construction so if you don't see an image that you're interested in you can e-mail Tracy, the owner and she'll get it for you.

My flower is made from jute, embroidery fabric and crinoline.  I used a Tim Holtz die to cut the blossoms.

The dogwood is one of my favorite Sugar Creek Hollow stamps.  I've used it a couple of times already.  It's so versatile and paired with this poem it makes a perfect Easter card.

Card makings:
Images: Sugar Creek Hollow
Spellbinders: corner flourishes, label dies and crosses
Crystals
Copic marker
Flower die: Tim Holtz
Velvet and lace ribbon
