It's finally here! The monochromatic challenge!! I think these are my all time favorite cards to make!
This one was no exception! I think the beautiful Sugar Creek Hollow "Happy Anniversary" image
looks so great against the cream background. It's elegant, yet it really pops!
I wanted the image to be the focal point so rather than use printed DP I chose to let my
Spellbinders dies and cuttlebug folder to create layers for interest. The lovely
flowers are from the Sugar Creek Hollow February Flower of the month stamp.
This time I cropped out the flower name etc. and only used the flower portion.
Please be sure to visit the Sugar Creek Hollow Shoppe to see all of the wonderful
digital stamps they have to offer.
Also, visit the Sugar Creek Hollow weekly challenge blog to enter your monochromatic
card or paper craft project and to see what the other design team members have created for your inspiration.
Card makings:
Anniversary and Flower images: Sugar Creek Hollow
Spellbinders: Fleur Di Lis rectangles, labels, Grand ovals and Grand scalloped oval
Cuttlebug: embossing folder
Crocheted ribbon
heart pin
crystal bead and jewelry topper
gold bead spray
Copic markers

This is absolutely gorgeous. I love the layers and that Spellbinders die sure created a wonderful frame for the image.

IT is a beautiful card Renee, you do so well to keep within the boundaries of Monochromatic.
Your SB dies work so well together, and by adding the lovely lace and bling it immediately becomes vintage.
