Happy House Warming

My good friend's brother and his wife just bought a new house.  She wanted a card to give them.  I really don't have any house/ housewarming stamps so I improvised with a window and a fresh baked pie.

The sentiment is from Cornish Heritage Farms.  The inside phrase is a $1 wood stamp.
In the window, though you can't really tell, I used clear plastic to simulate glass.
I also used a Spellbinders die to cut the inside matte and a house border punch.

OM goodness, this is just wonderful. I love the window and the way you've colored it is gorgeous. They have to love this card. And I love the way your sentiment looks like a framed picture inside the house. Beautiful work.
