For my card I have used this beautiful blue paper from Robin's Nest.

The image is called "aaaaAAAAHHHHHhhhhh" from Paper Pretties.

I used Spellbinder's circle and daisy flower dies for the sun as well as their cloud dies 

and Copic markers to color the image.
