Birthday Spinner from Art Impressions!

Hello Ai fans!

My friend asked me to make a card for her secretary's birthday.

I thought this fun spinner would be perfect!

Chair Spinner (Sku#4574)

Chair Spinner Dies (Sku#4616)

These interactive spinners are so much fun!

I can just see this sitting on her desk and every once in a while she gives her a little "tap" and watches her go!  Whetcher you're 5 or 59 (yes, she turned 59) this would be fun!

On the inside I used a verse from one of the new Ai People sets called Lifetime Set as well as a birthday sentiment called GF Happy Birthday (Sku#E3578).

Here's a quick video showing you all the fun she's having spinning in her chair.

Copics used: Y11, Y15, Y21, E00, E51, E93, T3, T5, BG72

It's Christmas in July...sort of!

Hello Ai fans!

Welcome to week number two of Art Impressions Create with Christmas challenge.  The challenge is NOT to create a Christmas card but to make a card (or project) using a Christmas stamp in a different way.  I used four different Ai Christmas stamps and one birthday verse.

Block Letter BLESSED (Sku#H2776)

I just used the "Wishing you a" portion

Polar Phil (Sku#I4077)

Polar Skaters (Sku#Q4083)

I just used the center bear and hid his ice skates behind grass.

Sitting Polars (Sku#P4081)

I trimmed out the bear holding the candy cane.

Wouldn't this be a great card for a child's birthday or

even just for someone who loves Polar Bears!

It goes to show you that you should be looking at your stamps in a new way.  Just because it may be meant for one season or holiday doesn't mean it can be reinvented!

I used this verse on the inside...

GF Happy Birthday (Sku#E3578)

Doesn't this little cutie just put a smile on your face?!
