Sugar Creek Hollow Sketch Challenge and Blog Hop

This week at Sugar Creek Hollow we have a sketch challenge for our blog hop.  The sketch is perfect for a Christmas card!  I actually liked the sketch so much (including the colors) that I sort of used them for my card.  Black and turquoise are two of my favorite colors and I instantly thought of the black sleigh.   Be sure to check out all of the other designers work.  There are some beautiful cards out there!

Also, don't forget that SCH also offers some great free digis for you to try.  Once you try Tracy's beautiful images you'll want more!

Card makings:

Wow Renee - this is so dramatic and elegant! I love these colors and all your details - especially how you've used the sleigh image on the circle. I'll bet this is even more gorgeous in real life with the sparkles and other details too. So beautiful and so creative!

I see you finally got your new dies...don't you love these lacy circles? Renee, you have a gift in working with bold colors. When I first saw this I was speechless for a little bit. Non-traditional Christmas colors but a stunningly beautiful card. Really has the look of winter about it. As always, your photo is the bomb!!!!!

I just love the colors you have chosen for this card! The deep blue and the light blue looks so absolutely stunning against the black! The dry embossed snowflakes are out of this world!
Fantastic card!
