Waiting for Santa!

Hello Ai fans!

Today I'm sharing a card that I take great pride in. I set out to make a card that would reflect my own personal feelings on Christmas.  I have two children who used to look like these two little cuties.  They may be 14 and 16 now but they still help me decorate the tree and they still build snowmen.

I had so much fun planning out this card.  There are many different layers as well as the window, a "wobble" and some front and backs.

Starting with the front I used the
Snowy Birdhouse (Sku#K3301),
WC Cloudline (Sku#H2724) (for the snow outline)

Here's a close up of the kids watching for Santa.

On the inside I used several more stamps...
Christmas Fanny (Sku#U1803) (her backside only)

I always feel bad for our two dogs at Christmas time.  Their beds are where we put the tree so they get displaced for about 6 weeks.

I told you there were lots of layers.

I just love window cards.  They not only give you a glimpse of what's inside but they give such a personal touch to a card.

I also used Lamp (Sku#G1245) on the inside.

 Oh, I miss these days!

Here's the snowman shaker on the front showing you how he wobbles when you touch him.
These shakers are so cute and there is a wide selection of them.

Wow, wow, wow! Oh my goodness what a beautiful card! It must have taken hours to create! Your card brings back memories of my girls, they did the same thing!

OMGosh, this is the best, best, best card. What a labor of love this is. If I received this card it would be mine forever and forever. Just love how you used the different stamps to create this "story". My hat's off to you!!!

This card is fabulous! What details! And I love all the different elements you combined - front & back, wobbles, window card & layers. It should be framed because it is a work of art.
