Hello Baby Boy Journal from Art Impressions

Hello Ai fans!

There's a new challenge on the Art Impressions blog called Dynamic Duo.

They want to see at least 2 stamp or die sets on your creation.

I used 9! WHAT?? Yes, 9 different sets plus the new Bleed Proof White paint which is incredible!!

You don't need to be a watercolor artist to love that stuff!

I've been working on a baby journal.

Today I'll share my cover and the first two pages.

All products will be linked at the bottom of my post.

The little sheep is popped up on foam dots so the the clasp will close underneath him.

The decorative clasp dies are so pretty! They're so ornate and just perfect for whatever journal you decide to make.

The back of my journal is the only page that I won't be "decorating" but with the back of the clasp it still looks pretty.

My first page has a pocket for a stat sheet about the birth of this baby boy.
I used a stencil to draw lines for my handwritten text which I erased afterwards.

Here's the insert out of it's pocket after I erased the lines.

This is the entire journal from the outside.

Here it is opened on the inside without any pages added yet.

This is my first added page so with the page on the inside of the front cover, this is technically page 2.

I used the Bleed Proof White paint to add little dots on the fabric.

I haven't glued my page in yet because I need to decorate the back before I do that.

Barnyard Baby Card

Hello Ai fans!

My friend requested a barnyard themed baby shower card so
I decided to combine a few sets to create this card. I wanted to
use animals that were a little more "babyish" than realistic.

The barn, chick and fences are all from 5180 – Barnyard Animal Cubbies.
The precious donkey is from 5350 – Animal Nativity Set and the little lamb peeking out or the door is from 5398 – Sheep Set.

Both the verses on the front and on the inside are from 5184 – Baby Boy Set.
I used one of the wood frames from 5269 – Wood Frames Set to frame a couple more animals from the Cubbies set.

The doors all really open and are cut with the coordinating die that comes with the set.

I hope you're inspired to mix and match some sets to personalize a card for someone special!

Fabulous Ewe!

Hello Ai fans!

Did you see the new release a few days ago over at Art Impressions?

There are new Funny Farm sets!

I used Sheep Set. This set has so many fun images and sentiments!

It also comes with dies so you don't need to waste time fussy cutting everything.

When you unwrap the rope on the door handle it

reveals the sassy sheep inside the barn.

Every girl should have a set of heals like she does! And of course...a crown!

My card goes along with the latest challenge at Ai.

Ready for a Barn Dance?

Hello Ai fans!

It's release day over at Art Impressions!

I was lucky enough to get the the new Funny Farm Sheep set!

I absolutely love the Funny Farm collection from Ai!

If you love animals like I do you need to check them out.

Lately I've been really into rustic cards and I felt like this set was perfect for that style of card. Plus "rustic" goes perfectly with the Barn Dance challenge!

The set has many sentiments that compliment the adorable sheep.

I can't decide which one I love best.

I live in farm country so I can see myself getting TONS of "ewes" out of this set! Ha ha! I love puns so much!! Thank you Bonnie for this adorable new set!
