Golf and Taxes! Raffle basket...

Hello and happy Tuesday!

Today I'm sharing the final golf themed card that went into the raffle basket my husband and I put together for his friends benefit.

I used the retired image from Art Impressions called Golf and Taxes.

Though you can't get this one anymore they still have lots of fun golf images and sets.  You can check them out here.

You can see my other golf cards here. There are cards for both men and women and some that could be unisex.   Be kind as you judge them...some of these go back 10 yrs to when I first started making cards!

This is the inside of my card.

Here's the basket we assembled.  It was a raffle where you buy tickets and then place them in the bag for the basket you'd like to win.  I have to admit...I was nosy.  I peeked in our bag and phew!!  There were a lot of tickets in there!

Art Impressions Challenge #23 Use something from your stash

Welcome to this week's Art Impressions challenge....Use something from your stash.
Well...this is certainly an easy challenge for me since I have an ENORMOUS stash.
I've used one of the Art Impressions puns stamps for my card.  The name of the stamp
is Golf & Taxes.  I picked this one up because my husband's family is full
of golfers.  I knew it would get a lot of use.

Here's a close up of the golfer.
Be sure to visit the AI Challenge blog to enter your card and check
out the other DT creations!

The thing that first drew me to AI was the humorous stamps.
I think through the years I've accumulated just about every one
they ever made.  Good thing there are some wonderful new releases over
in the store right now.

Challenges I've entered this card in...
My layout is based on the sketch #162 from Sketch Saturday. (closed)

Card Makings:
Golf &Taxes: Art Impessions
Copic markers
Cuttlebug embossing folder
Spellbinders cloud dies, circle die
Grass punch: Martha Stewart

"Unluck" of the Irish

This is my other entry for the "travel" contest over at Art Impressions. The golf dude is one of their pun stamps. The Leprechaun hand was hand drawn by me and the phrase was printed off the computer. There are some really cute cards over there this month so I'm not sure how mine will stand up against those... I'll let you know. He was colored with Copic markers and Spellbinder's nestabilities were used for the phrase mattes.
