Mailbox Window Card: Happy Birthday Barb!

Hello Ai fans and welcome to my first post of 2026!

I'm starting off with the card that I made for my Mother-in-law's birthday at the end of this month.
(and a spare for my stash)

Her birthday is Jan. 22nd so sometimes I go with a winter theme but since she lives in Florida and it's sunny with flowers there this time of year, sometimes I go with something like this card.

The mailbox is a separate image that comes with the cottage and has it's own die. I popped it up to add some interest.

I love these little easel frames. You can cut a hole in the front to make a frame to display your image or you can glue an image to the front and put a card or tag inside like I've done.

My husband and I can send her our well wishes on the back of the tag.
An added bonus is that these fold flat and can be mailed from home with one stamp!

My Top 10 Art Impressions projects of 2024

2024 is quickly coming to a close and I have my Top 10 favorite projects for the year.

It's never easy to narrow the list down because all of the Art Impressions stamps and dies are so wonderful! This is what I finally settled on in no particular order. I hope you enjoyed them.

Here's hoping 2025 brings you everything you're hoping for!
I can't wait to begin a new year with Ai and I can't wait to see what you create.

Punch Bugs make me SMILE!

Hello Ai fans!

I've been having fun with the Never Have I Ever
challenge going on right now on the blog. There
are still a couple days to enter. You could win a
free stamp set.

I have had the 5823 – Christmas Cars Set since last summer
but just used it for the first time. It's so cute! Also, as you can
see, it's not just for Christmas.

The second item on my cards that I have never used
is the 5902 – Mini Scalloped Frame Dies. These little
frame dies are the perfect size for so many Art Impressions
images. There are multiple dies so you can adjust the size
of the opening.

The flowers are from 5936 – My Hope Set.
SMILE is from 5797 – Little Things Sentiment Set.

the windshield so that it had a more "glassy" look. The cute little
flowers on the bug are a tiny stamp in the 5925 – Honey Bee Set.

There is an easel to attach to the backs of the frames so that
they are free standing. What a great little piece of art they create.

Happy 12th Birthday Sophia!

 Hello Ai fans!

I absolutely LOVE the new little frame die sets from
Art Impressions.

All Art Impressions products are linked below.

This is the first project I made using them.

I didn't use them as they are intended but I really love that
you have options in how you use them!

My friend's niece, Sophia, just turned 12 and she told me that she has
really gotten into music. Some of her favorites are the Monkees, Beach Boys
and the Beatles so I incorporated them into my design.

I knew she would be giving some sort of gift like a check or gift card so I wanted
a sort of "pocket" and not just the normal MB Envelope. The new frame dies jumped
out at me.

I turned the frame upside down and glued the straight seam together.
The scallop was now at the top and made the perfect little pocket that stands
up and hold her little music room.

The Monkee and Beatle art was just printed from my laptop.
