Happy Wedding Day!

Hello Ai fans!

Today I'm sharing two cards that I made using Art Impressions new

5254 – Wedding Cake Set.

I also used 5065 – Oval Double Stitched Dies on both my cards.  I trimmed it on my green card so that it looked like a tablecloth.

I love black and white for weddings so I made them both in that theme but with different pops of color.  I've also been trying to use some of my older supplies lately.  That's been kind of a goal of mine...to use what I already have instead of adding more embellishments to my already huge collection.  I used a button on each of my cards.

It's difficult to see but I also added some Wink of Stella to the trim and flowers.  It looks much better in person. I just couldn't get my camera to pick it up well.

Birthday Couple from Art Impressions

Hello Ai fans!

Today I'm sharing an adorable image from Art Impressions called Birthday Couple.  They're from the Golden Oldies line.

I've also used the verse My Advice (Sku#G1682).

This card continues along with my cards from the "create a card set" challenge where you're supposed to create 3 or more similar cards.  I chose similar colors and went with a cake theme.  My other cards are HERE.

More Candles...Bigger cake!

Hello Ai fans!

Today I'm sharing one of the new wood mount stamps from Art Impressions available at A.C. Moore.  I LOVE this new image!  She's so perfect for birthday cards!  I made this one for my daughter's dance teacher.  She just turned 40 and the girls threw a little party for her before dance the other night.  Isn't she so much fun?!

This is the inside (back of front part) and where you could personalize it.

Inside it's a shaker card with lots of sequins and micro beads.

I think I've shared this before but I always save my packaging from things like Cuttlebug embossing folders and Spellbinders dies.  They're great for clear cards or shaker cards.  Also, for window panes.

What a fun new image this is!!  And I love the double meaning of the verse.
