Lighthouse by Art Impressions- Chameleon & Perfect Paper Crafting Blog Hop

Hello Ai friends!

Happy Father's Day!

Art Impressions is having a special hop this week with Chameleon pens & Perfect Paper Crafting!  What a fun combination!  From June 15th-21st we are having a mini blog hop each day between the three company blogs.

You should have arrived here from Perfect Paper Crafting.

I used Lighthouse - Background (Sku#T1475) to create my masculine card.

The sky, grass and water were all colored with THE CHAMELEON COOL TONES
5 PEN TONE SETS. I used some Copics to add some "highlights" and color the rest of the image.  It's so cool getting so many shades from one marker!

The layers for my card were cut with the Mini Perfect Layers tool and a Perfect Paper Crafting Cutting Mat.  I used both 1/16th and 1/8th inches to matte my card.  They were really easy to understand and the self healing mat is very durable and great quality!

Inside I used Happy Birthday (Sku#E597).

Chameleon pens used...BL3 Sky Blue, BG4 Aquamarine, BV4 Blue Violet

Copics used... C0, C3, Y02, YG11, G43, B0000, B01, B52, B60, W1 W3, E21, E37, E42, E53, E55, E84

TriArt markers... B-12, SK-5

Be sure to check out the full hop- your next stop today is the Chameleon blog!

Art Impressions and Tombow blog hop!

Hello Ai fans!!

Today we have a "bonus" day for you!
We're having a blog hop with Tombow!

You probably got here from Latrice Murphy's blog but if you stumbled across my blog go the Art Impressions’ Blog to start!

For my project I created a birthday card using one of the latest Front and Back stamps.
This set is called Eat Itself Set (Sku#4567) and the coolest part?  It has a matching die set so you don't have to fussy cut it!!  Eat Itself Dies (Sku#4609)

I had this colored up and cut in no time!

The Front and Backs are a line of stamps where you can see the front of the image through a "window" and then when you open the card you can see the back.  Aren't they cute?

I've used several Tombow products on my card. (and they're wonderful!)

I used the foam adhesive to pop up the banner and the little text arrow.

The pastel colored dots to glue on my bow.

The Mono Adhesive Runner (clear) under my lace doily...

I also used the glue pen (not pictured) because you're able to write very fine lines like you need on a thin little die like the arrow.  Then you don't have glue oozing out and ruining your project.

...and the liquid glue to adhere all of the papers together.

We're also having a giveaway!

The Art Impressions prize includes: Elephant Set, Cat Big Mouth, The Queen Set and Joy Found Window.

To win, enter on the Rafflecopter above! You have until May 5th at 11:59 EST to enter. A winner will be picked randomly and announced on May 6th 2015.

Remember to “Like” Tombow USA and Art Impressions on Facebook!
