Butterfly Wishes

 Hello and happy Wednesday!

I have less than a week left of summer vacation and then it's back to work at school.

I'm always so sad over less craft time.

Today I'm sharing two elegant cards. One is a bridal shower or wedding card and the other is a thinking of you/inspirational card.

It always amazes me what a few dies and a little embossing can do for a card.

These are for no one in particular. Sometimes I just get in the mood to make something pretty.

The beautiful butterfly die is from 5811 – Gift Card Pocket Dies and the sentiment on the green card is from 5949 – Encouragement Sentiments Set.

A few words so that someday when I'm trying to find these cards they'll pop up...

Welcome Little Princess!

Hello and happy Tuesday!

Today I'm sharing a card that I made for a baby shower.  I had a request to make a very pink, girly shower card with a tiara on it from a woman who says her friend is very "princessy."

I think this covered all her bases.

I thought I had my card finished but when I showed my daughter she said it needed more bling.  She had me add the 4 rhinestones in the corners.  I definitely think she was right after seeing it.

Here's the inside where she can personalize the card.

Here's the sweet little tiara.  I work in an elementary school and occasionally a little girl will show up in a tiara.  I have to admit,  I'm a little jealous that adult women can't just show up in a tiara once in a while.  Wouldn't it make the work day a little more bearable?!

Hope you all enjoy your week.

Love is all around!

Hello Ai fans!

Today I'm sharing a card for the latest challenge...Showered with Love!

We want to see your cards for a shower...wedding or baby.

I made a bridal shower card using 4571 – Love Spinner.

Ai has a great line of these interactive spinners.
You can find them all HERE.

I have to be honest...this is not an easy video to shoot.  You have to hold the camera and open the card to release the spinner all at the same time.  Sorry it's not better.
