Floral Birthday and Sympathy

Today I'm sharing two versions of a floral card.  I used the flower and birthday verse from

BOTANICAL.

I used the image

SWALLOWTAILon the inside of the card which you can see from the front.

I cut the front on an angle and lined the flowers on the edge.

Here's the inside.

This was a 60th birthday card that a friend requested for her mom.

The second version was a sympathy card.  The verse is from

Hanging Monkeys and Spinning Monkeys!! It must be SWEET SUMMERTIME!!

Hello Ai fans!

Today I'm sharing two fun, beachy cards to go along with Art Impressions SWEET SUMMERTIME challenge.

I used the
4405 – Owl & Monkey Mini Set

and

4538 – Owl & Monkey Mini Dies

On the first card I have the monkeys hanging from the tree.  It's so cute the way they flip and flop and spin around!

On my second card I turned the front and back stamp into a SPINNER.

Since the monkey doesn't have a tail on the front stamp I just drew one on to match the back.

Halloween TryFold from Art Impressions

Hello Ai fans!

Today I'm sharing the new Haunted House TF (Sku#4688). 

It's part of the new 2015 TryFolds line.

My card fits right in to the Art Impressions "Cut Your Cards" challenge going on this week.

I used the Stampin' Up Slit punch to make a clasp to keep the card closed.

Here's a view from the top.  It was a new kind of fold for me.
