Here is the tag that my sister ordered. She's getting the doctor a bottle of red wine so I pulled out my Crafty Secrets wine set and used an Inkadinkado stamp for the main image. I have used this Crafty Secrets set so many times! I just love the variety and the number of images the set came with. I used 7 of their stamps on this tag alone. The ribbon was from Michael's $1 bin. The border punch is Martha Stewart and the photo corners are from EK Success. I colored the images with colored pencils. The corkscrew, grapes and vines were stamped on separate paper and then cut out so that I could have them go off the edge of the tag just a little bit to give it some dimension.
