Thank you gift

 Hello and happy Tuesday!

Today I'm sharing a jar that I decorated for a friend.
She did me a favor so I wanted to give her a little thank you.

I used some ribbon that I've had a round forever.
The paper pad is called Woodland Forest from Pebbles.

I filled it with some Spiced Pecans that I made.
You can find the recipe HERE.  Just watch them carefully when baking because every oven is different.  I cooked them a couple minutes less than it said and I still had a few come out a little burnt.

Srappie (Gypsy) Front & Back dog gift

Hello Ai fans!

Today I'm sharing a super cute dog image from Art Impressions with you.  This guy is called  Scrappie Front & Back (Sku#Q1704) from the Fronts & Backs  line.

I gave this gift to my friend.  Her dog is named Gypsy.

Here's the front of the tag.  The Front and Backs are designed to have an image on the front and then the backside is either on the back of the tag as in this case or on the inside of the card.

Here's the backside.

I embossed the lid with cute little paw prints.

How you feeling? Hot, Hot, Hot!!

Hi everyone!
Today I'm sharing a cute little altered jar I made.

I LOVE to cook and recently bought a bag of dried chili peppers. The bag was pretty large and was not resealable. I had two options...roll the bag and clip it or throw them into a resealable zip lock bag. BORING! to both of those. So, I thought of a third option. I remembered an old House Mouse stamp that I have and decided to decorate a plastic jar I had. I think it originally contained mixed nuts or something. It was the perfect size, will keep them fresh and it looks cute in my pantry.

I used a "flame" embossing folder on it too.

Gifts for basket

This is the rest of the items going in the basket for the party this weekend. They go with the 2 cards posted earlier. (the blue birds and the red card listed with the red tag). The blue jar was done with two Cuttlebug folders and a snowflake punch. The blues really do match better in person. The circle on top is actually cut from the same paper as what I used around the jar but they look different in the photo. The snowflake on top was covered with Stickles Icicle glitter glue.

The candy bar used a Cuttlebug strip, the Stampin' Up lined stamp and a burlap ribbon.

I also decorated a Starbucks iced coffee with coordinating paper and used an Inkadinkado owl with a santa hat from a Stampin' Up set. (Crab & Co.)

Now I just need to find a basket to put them in by Friday.
