This adorable image is called Birthday Couple and the verse is My Advice.

The verse on the inside is called Happy 29th.

Hello Ai fans!

Today I'm sharing one of the new wood mount stamps from Art Impressions available at A.C. Moore.  I LOVE this new image!  She's so perfect for birthday cards!  I made this one for my daughter's dance teacher.  She just turned 40 and the girls threw a little party for her before dance the other night.  Isn't she so much fun?!

My advice doll...

Here is one of my July entries for the Art Impressions contest. This month's theme is a funny birthday card for a "really good" friend. I think these old ladies are a riot. They are colored with my Copic markers and a few highlights with glitter gel pens. The border punch is from EK Success and the brackets are from Quikutz. What a pain cutting them out but it was worth it. I think they look cute. There is clear glaze on their glasses to make them look more real too. I'll try to show my other card for the contest tomorrow.
