Unable are the loved to die...

Another sympathy card today.  This one was made to be given to a woman.  I made the flower myself by using 4 different sized Retro Flower punches.  I inked the edges and ran them through a crimper before crinkling them up and layering them.  The center is a strand of pink pearls that I wrapped around a glue dot and then secured with another dot.  I used some vintage velvet ric rac and crocheted lace ribbon as well as some gold and red staples.  I know there's nothing fancy about a staple but for some reason I really like them.  Spellbinder's dies were used for the matte on the phrase that I printed myself on the computer.  The circle frame behind it was done with a MS corner punch that I did a tutorial on not too long ago.  I also stitched around the designer paper with my sewing machine.  Inside I stamped two different phrases and used the oval spellbinders to matte one of them.  The leaves were made with a punch.
