sparklecreationsrubberstamps.com
Yes...Sparkle is her real name. She has been crafting since she was a child, but seriously started crafting when she was 16. Sparkle started as a scrapbooker, though over the years she has turned into a cardmaker. Brent (Sparkle's husband) and Sparkle opened Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps in July 2010, and they are selling cute and whimsical rubber stamps of little boy and girl images. Aki, their wonderful artist, has done a great job at making their characters come alive and have their own personalities.

Here is my take on this week's sketch. I've used M.C. Squared and one of his sentiments from
Dudetime Doodles (Bonibleaux) for my card. I just LOVE this guy!!
If you take a look at the set in the store you'll see just how versatile this little guy is! My card will be going to my daughter's male teacher at the end of the school year. He has a very sarcastic sense of humor so this should be perfect for him. I think he'll really get a kick out of it!
I printed the black board and the protractor on my computer. As soon as I saw this cute sketch I knew
exactly what I wanted to do for my card! M.C. is colored with Copic markers. I wish my little letter brads
showed up better but the metal didn't photograph well. (they say a,b,c) I used clear, acrylic
glaze on his glasses to make them look real.
Be sure to check out the Midnight Madness sketch challenge blog to see
the other designer's work.
Also, check back later today for my Party Time Tuesdays post.

Oh Renée! I just love this card. Your teacher reminds me of Einstein and I just loved that guy! What a fun idea to use the geometric thingy we used to use in school and I can't remember what it's called but it looks so good. Clever and all so creative. :)Peggyxo
Don't you just love it when you see a sketch and start designing right away in your head...I know that I do. This is so creative and all of your touches are just perfect. Was your chalboard a digital, something online or something you did? Great job, tfs.
I love this! Coolest card ever!
